Ceramic Automatic Welding Liner With Ceramic Backing Tape
During the welding process, the welding ceramic backing is placed on the back of the weld joint to support the molten pool. Through its stable structure and material properties, the welding ceramic backing can withstand high temperatures during welding and maintain dimensional stability without deformation or damage due to high temperatures. The molten pool metal melts and flows at high temperatures, and the welding ceramic backing provides a stable support surface to prevent the molten pool metal from flowing out and ensure the good formation of the weld root. The high temperature stability and low thermal expansion coefficient of the welding ceramic backing enable it to effectively prevent deformation and defects at the weld root during welding. In addition, the chemical stability of the welding ceramic backing also ensures the purity and high quality of the weld. It does not chemically react with the molten pool metal, avoids the generation of impurities and defects in the weld, and thus improves the overall quality and reliability of the weld. The design and application of the welding ceramic backing makes the welding process more stable and controllable, and improves the success rate and consistency of welding.
