Ceramic Welding Backing Tape /Ceraimc Welding Rod
Welding ceramic backing is made of high-temperature refractory materials, usually alumina or zirconia ceramics. These ceramic materials have extremely high temperature resistance and can withstand temperatures over 1500°C during welding without softening or deformation. In addition to high temperature resistance, welding ceramic backing also has good thermal stability and low thermal expansion coefficient, which enables it to maintain dimensional stability during welding and will not affect the quality of weld formation due to thermal expansion and contraction. The chemical stability of welding ceramic backing is also one of its important material properties. It does not chemically react with the molten pool metal produced during welding, thereby maintaining the purity and high quality of the weld. In addition, welding ceramic backing also has good mechanical strength and wear resistance, and can withstand certain mechanical stress and wear during welding, ensuring its long-term stability and reliability during use.
